Cultural Heritage

	 The Department of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture, has recognized the importance
of intangible cultural heritage of knowledge in food and culinary. The Department of Cultural
Promotion has registered dishes that are intangible cultural heritage, which have unique
characteristics in its taste, scent, shape, recipe and nutrients. These dishes are listed under each
region, which reflects on a combination of their lifestyle and knowledge of food culture. Here are
20 items that are registered.
