1.3.2 Songkran organizing is required in accordance with the measure of DMHT
(T:Tracking). This should be arranged in an open area with good ventilation and direct sunlight,
a limited number of participants according to the size of the venue: 1 person per a square
meter, and refraining from the activities that involve a large group of people, such as water-
splashing activities and from those in close contact, including powdering, foam partying and
group catering and socializing from a wide variety of areas.
