2. Procedures for data col lectors and
inventory makers for Intellectual Cultural Heritage
designation (Provincial Cultural Office)
2.1 A committee at the provincial level shall
be appointed to collect data and prepare inventories of
items to be designated intellectual cultural heritage
in the performing arts and traditional craftsmanship
domains in 2009 by inviting the participation of experts
in relevant fields of knowledge in the government and
private sectors, such as local artists, local culture experts
and other stakeholders as appropriate;
2.2 Inventories and data collection shall be
prepared with the participation of the community and
supported by the operational funding from the ONCC
through the relevant provincial culture offices;
2.3 Report on the result of the operation
and implementation shall be prepared and submitted to
the ONCC;
2.4 Coordination and cooperation with the
holders of the designated intellectual cultural heritage
items in 2009 shall be made to request permission for
use in the promot ional media, pr inted mater ials,
demonstrations, exhibitions and media events in the
public relations campaign regarding the designation of
the intellectual cultural heritage in the performing arts
and traditional craftsmanship domains in 2009 on the
date, time and venue chosen by the ONCC;
Criteria for Nomination of Items for Intellectual
Cultural Heritage Designation
Committees on Criteria Preparation for Intellectual
Cultural Heritage Designation shall provide the criteria for
intellectual cultural heritage designation in accordance
with the guidelines for the intellectual cultural heritage
designat ion in the performing arts and tradi t ional
craftsmanship domains for year 2009 as the following
guidelines;
