     Grandma Tiang told the story of Khanoom Tuay Kae that her                   43/1 Rat Uthit Road, Uthai Mai Subdistrict,

     Khanoom Tuay Kae is made from rice ๏ฌ‚our grinded by hand. Itโ€™s put
in a Chinese teacup, steamed until cooked, taken out and put on a plate
and sprinkled with seasonings such as stir-fried fresh bamboo shoots,
salted lettuce, and fried garlic. Itโ€™s topped with special sweet soy sauce
by Grandma Tiang. The taste is sweet, salty and mellow. Currently,
Khanoom Tuay Kae Yai Tiang is sold in front of the grocery store
named โ€œKes Maleeโ€, which was formerly a beauty salon that Yai
Tiangโ€™s sister opened. Itโ€™s in Trok Rong Ya Road at the Walking Street of
Uthai Thani Province. Khanoom Kae is sold from 9 am. and it will be sold
out at noon. It cost 5 baht per cup and opens daily.
