Khon Rong Nok or Khon Nang Rao
Is a type of Khon performed on a stage without
a stool for the actors to sit upon, but a rail made of
bamboo trunks lay across the stage so that
the Khon actors can sit in front of the set-
ting. There is also a gap between the
railandasettingfortheactorstobeabletowalkaround.
When the actors finish their plays they will come to sit
on the rail.
